Through sound healing, guided energy work, and intentional group resonance, this session will help clear stagnation from the energetic body and reconnect you to your inherent value and divine spark.This experience is about:

We’ll journey through soundscapes designed to dissolve resistance—using crystal singing bowls, chimes, voice, and other healing frequencies—while opening space in the heart, solar plexus, and root chakras where blocks to self-worth often reside. 

Gentle breathwork, visualization, and energetic clearing will guide the release process, followed by an integration period focused on embodying self-love, personal power, and light.
